Ages 7-14. Come join the yoga fun! During the week, yoga participants will learn a variety of yoga poses through music, drama, games, art and other yoga fun. Each day, new and challenging yoga poses will be added to each participant’s yoga repertoire, while they also learn the benefits of yoga practice. There will be a special concentration on collaboration, focus, and self-image. Participants will also learn the benefits of different poses, the importance of breathing, and they will gain an appreciation for how fun and challenging yoga can be.
