Ages 3-8yrs. Learn the fundamental of Taekwondo! Children will learn the basics including kicking, punching, self-defense, balance, discipline, focus, respect and group interaction. New exercises are intriduced each week to help build a childs self-esteem and physical conditioning. Uniforms are require after the first class and are part of the tuition. Optional belt testing will be available at the end of the session for an additional fee.
