TSP Team provides opportunity and professional experience to children to build and develop character through Seasonal Camps, After School, and Specialty Programs.
We at The TSP Team aim to mentor each and every child, not only to strengthen his or her ability and technical skill, but also help build confidence, communication skills, and a positive attitude on and off the field.
Each class, camp, or specialty program will have a daily objective. The TSP Team staff will implement various teaching styles dependent upon ages, ability, and time allotment. A lesson or technique of the day is communicated to the group being taught and reiterated at the end of day to reinforce the lesson/technique demonstrated for that day.
Coaches will have a high level of coaching experience and consist of professional teachers, soccer players, and coaches. High school age staff will help assist and support the coaching staff.
All staff will be educated according to The TSP Team coaching philosophy. Instructors must be thoroughly prepared for each and every camp or program, with a specific goal/theme in mind each day.
